About ME

I walk into a room and I honestly believe I am going to like everyone I meet.  Generally I always do.  

I am a glass half full person and I see the best in people - especially people who are in love and want to tell the world about it! 

I am based in St Albans and am available across Hertfordshire.

I have been in service of others all my working life!

I trained as an executive coach, a mentor and a bereavement counsellor. I work with people and support others in their achievements.  

I advocate for inclusion and am fortunate that I wake up every day, doing what I love with a sense of purpose. 

I married the love of my life and have enjoyed over 20 years laughing with this wonderful human. 

My parent's marriages gave me insights into blended families and I support love, regardless of any challenges or expectations of conformity, expectation or rules.
